Purchasing items from the Casa González & González online store is very simple. Add all the products you want to your shopping basket; they will be added to the “basket” icon in the upper right corner. Once you have added all the products, select “buy”. You just need to fill in your details so we can send you your order and choose your payment method.

Yes, VAT is included in our prices.

In our online store we offer a selection from our general catalogue.

If you would like to purchase an item and you do not see it in our online store, please send an email to hola@gonzalez-gonzalez.es and we will try to help you.

Your order for mainland Spain will take approximately 2 to 7 business days to arrive.

To return your order, you have 14 calendar days. To do so, please send us an email to our email address:
hola@gonzalez-gonzalez.es.

Once we receive your email, we will provide the address for sending the return, which you must ship within no more than 10 calendar days. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

The refund of the purchase amount will be issued once the condition of the goods has been verified, and via the same payment method used.

If a product arrives damaged due to transport, there is no problem. We will replace the damaged goods at no cost to you.

The only requirement is that you please send us an email with photos of the damage within four days of receipt. After this period, the transport agency will not accept liability.
