Please note that by using this website or placing an order through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms; therefore, if you do not agree with them, you must not use the services we provide on this website.
As the owners of this website, we reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, as well as the entire commercial offer presented on the website (changes to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service terms).
Accordingly, you should note that the Terms in force at the time orders are placed or, failing that, at the time the website is used, shall be deemed applicable. For this reason, we recommend that you review these Terms before making any purchase of products.
The information or personal data you provide to us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website or placing an order, you consent to the processing of such information and data and declare that all the information or data you provide to us are true and accurate and correspond to reality.

3. USE OF THIS WEBSITE
By using this website and placing orders through it, you agree to:
1. Use this website only to make legally valid enquiries or orders.
2. Provide Casa González & González with your email address, postal address and/or other contact details truthfully and accurately. You also consent to Casa González & González using such information to contact you if necessary. If you do not provide us with this data, we will not be able to process your order or provide the information you request.
3. By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into contracts and be bound.
4. PLACING ORDERS. PURCHASE SYSTEM
1. Language. This website is intended for users resident in Spain and adapted to Spanish legislation. Therefore, the main language of the website, these Terms, as well as the purchase process will be in Spanish.
However, if in the future Casa González & González addresses its offer to users resident in other countries, you may use any of the languages that are available on the website at that time.
2. Placing orders. Through the different sections of the website, the user will be guided at all times during the online purchase process, selecting those items of interest, after checking their features, availability, prices and the corresponding shipping costs, which will be provisionally stored in a “basket, shopping cart”, from which they may be removed or replaced by others at any time before payment is made or any purchase commitment is assumed.
Once you have selected the items of interest, you may review and accept, where applicable:
– the details of your order,
– provide the shipping and/or billing address,
– the total cost expressed in euros (€),
– the breakdown of shipping costs and applicable taxes,
– select the payment method, being able to correct any data provided in the event of an error.
Before finally confirming the order, you must accept these Terms, which you may consult at any time on the website.
The sales contract shall be deemed concluded at the time the customer clicks the “finish purchase” button or any other similar technical order-processing system.
Casa González & González keeps an electronic record of all transactions (orders, cancellations, returns, invoicing, etc.) carried out with purchasers on the website. This record shall be considered evidence of the transactions carried out between both parties.
4. Confirmation of the purchase made. Upon completion of the purchase process, Casa González & González will inform you by email of the products purchased.
5. Price and payment. All prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Unless otherwise stated, prices shown next to the items do not include shipping costs, which will be displayed when the item is added to the shopping cart. Prices may change at any time.
6. Casa González & González reserves the right to cancel the order at any time during the process if it deems it appropriate.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
The payment methods accepted on the website are as follows:
1. Payment by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Diners and Red 6000 cards): Data transmitted in relation to credit card payments travel encrypted through a secure line to the Bank’s TPV/POS (Point of Sale) terminal with which Casa González & González operates. If you pay by credit card, you will be asked for: the card number, the expiry date and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits printed in italics on the reverse of your card.
2. Payment with a PayPal account. To use this system, you must have a PayPal user account prior to payment. Once this system is chosen, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where the payment will be completed and the amounts payable will be shown including all taxes or fees applicable to the transaction. PayPal will send you a receipt of the transaction to your email account.
If the choice of any of these payment methods involves an additional charge on the price of the item shown on the website, Casa González & González will inform you, by means of a breakdown of the total price, of all increases applied for the use of the payment methods before you assume any payment commitment. In any event, this charge will never be higher than the actual cost borne by Casa González & González for the use of such methods.
6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If an order is normally processed and Casa González & González subsequently verifies that products are out of stock or that an incident arises regarding their supply, the user will be informed immediately of this circumstance. In these cases, Casa González & González will refund the amount paid by the user using the same method used for payment, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 days have elapsed since the purchase was made.
7. ORDER DELIVERY
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address designated by the user within 3 to 7 business days from the order date within Spanish territory. In any case, within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of proceeding with the purchase by setting a new delivery date, or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid.
For the purposes of these Terms, delivery shall be deemed to have taken place when you or a third party authorised by you takes material possession of the products, which shall be evidenced by the signature of receipt of the order at the delivery address.
Delivery issues: In the event that delivery cannot be made due to the recipient’s absence, the carrier will leave a notice and will attempt to contact the recipient by telephone to arrange a new delivery. If delivery fails again, the customer must contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery.
If 30 days have elapsed since your order was available for delivery and it has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to Casa González & González, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it terminated. As a result of the termination of the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, although Casa González & González may pass on to you the transport costs arising from the purchase, deducting them from the total amount refunded.
8. INVOICING
The delivery of items shall be deemed to be located within the territorial scope of application of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate shall be the one legally in force at any given time depending on the specific item concerned.
If in the future we make shipments of orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and/or duties in accordance with the regulations in force. This is currently not possible.
You expressly authorise us to issue the invoice in electronic format or on paper.
9. RETURNS POLICY
1. Right of withdrawal
If you are contracting as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods or, in the case of goods composing your order being delivered separately, 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of those goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must, within the established period, notify Casa González & González of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by post or email.
Casa González & González will communicate without delay, on a durable medium (for example, by email), receipt of such withdrawal.
Consequences of withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make such refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.
The returned order must be delivered to the address indicated by Casa González & González, together, where applicable, with the issued invoice, and you must bear the direct cost of returning the product. The products must be in perfect condition, must not have been opened or used and must retain their seal or original packaging and any manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included, where applicable.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
2. Warranties and Returns.
For the purposes of these Terms, a return shall be understood to mean one generated by a defect, fault or the receipt of an incorrect product.
Warranty:
If you have the status of a consumer or end buyer, the contractual warranty offered by Casa González & González for purchases made on this website is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, i.e., it shall be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent in the products within two years from delivery.
For these purposes, products shall be deemed to conform to these Terms when they match the description and qualities shown on the website, are fit for the indicated uses and present a quality comparable to that of other products with the same or similar characteristics.
Return:
If, at the time of delivery of the order, it has any fault or defect or you have received a product that does not correspond to the order placed, you must immediately notify Casa González & González of this circumstance within 24 hours of receiving the product by email at hola@gonzalez-gonzalez.es, where we will inform you of how to proceed with the return.
Once returned, items will be checked by Casa González & González and we will inform you whether a refund is appropriate or, where applicable, a replacement of the product.
Casa González & González will refund the corresponding amount (excluding the shipping costs of the initial delivery) without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it has been informed of the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used.
However, Casa González & González may withhold the refund until it receives the returned products.
10. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
As part of a process of continuous improvement, Casa González & González will keep all information and services offered on the website up to date, seeking to avoid, as far as possible, the existence of errors or faults on it, provided that these are due to means, services or tools over which Casa González & González has direct control.
Casa González & González does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the website. Where reasonably possible, Casa González & González will give prior notice of interruptions in the operation of the website.
Unless expressly provided otherwise in these Terms, our liability in relation to any product purchased on this website will be strictly limited to the purchase price of such product.
Casa González & González will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from a denial-of-service attack, virus or any other harmful or damaging program that may affect your computer equipment, data or materials as a result of using this website or downloading content from it or to which it redirects.
11. COMMUNICATIONS
Your acceptance of these Terms implies your consent for communications of any kind to be made electronically (email and notices or forms on the website), through the Customer Service department and through the website contact forms.

13. SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Casa González & González guarantees security and confidentiality in all communications we have with you. All online payment operations are carried out through a secure server based on the SSL standard, which protects data against attempted breaches by third parties. Data from the purchase process are stored in a database designed for this purpose.
Casa González & González also guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal data, payment data and any other type of data provided by the user in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data.
All data you provide to us will be included in an automated file created and maintained under the responsibility of Casa González & González for the purposes established in each data collection form. In such form, it will be possible to accept or not accept purposes and uses other than those necessary for compliance with these Terms.
Casa González & González does not share data with third parties.
Users may, at any time, exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition with respect to their personal data by notifying this in writing to the postal address of Casa González & González: Calle Pelayo, 68 C.P. 28004, Madrid (Spain).
In the event that the data supplied are associated with a purchase, Spanish legislation requires them to be kept for at least five years, so they may not be deleted or rectified, although they may be blocked (cancelled), even if the user so requests.
14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase are subject to Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.
